Hey Everyone,
Well I taught a message about the book that I wrote ‘Ahead of the Curve’ at Calvary North Bay.
You can listen to Ahead of the Curve here
The manuscript is completed and I am just waiting to see if it is possible to find an agent and publisher. I speaks about the church, missiology, and doing and living the Gospel in the 21st Century.
Enjoy the message!

Hey Everyone,
I was speaking to a friend recently and he reminded me about a message that I shared at Calvary Chapel North Jersey, Passaic, New Jersey, when I was doing ministry on the East Coast in September. It was given as part of a Night of Missions and it’s a short 24 minute teaching. He recounted to me how tangible the Lord was during that service. So I posted the message again and figured I would let everyone know about it so that folks can be blessed by it (Lord willing)!.
It’s about mission of the church and simply called ‘Mission’ from September 10, 2009.Listen to the message here. Please excuse the rasp in my voice, it had been a very busy week.
Feel free to discuss anything here.

For some people, just the title of my post will draw many thoughts.
I’ve been involved with the Calvary movement for almost 10 years of my life, and have been pastoring within the movement for most of that time. Early on in this time, I was greatly encouraged to read writings from the glorious diverse groups within Christendom. All groups have their preferred authors and like to promote there specific view. But I took that counsel and I’ve spent the better part of the last 6 years reading from across the spectrum of Christian thought.
But I’m still amazed how there is little or no thoughtful discussion of exactly what Calvary is and what God has done through the movement. I mean think about what has happened in the last forty years (from the birthing of contemporary Christian music to massive churches that are known for teaching the Bible verse by verse.).

Hey everyone-
I just uploaded a totally off the hook interview with Pastor Jeff Jackson onto the Perspectives in 21st Century Church Planting podcast. Jeff has founded 3 churches (1 internationally in the Philippines and 2 in the states) as well as Shepherd’s Staff Missions Facilitators.
If all the podcasts go like this one, I’m going to be overjoyed. Just deep, rich insights into Church Planting from a very intelligent man.
If you haven’t subscribed to the podcast yet, you need to.
